Job Title: IT Management Specialist

 

Job Summary: We are seeking an IT Management Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical support and expertise to our company by managing and maintaining our IT infrastructure. Your responsibilities will include file and network management, security, and software applications. As an ideal candidate, you will have strong analytical and problem-solving skills. You will be able to work collaboratively with our cross-functional team that includes expertise from various departments.  

 

Job type: Full-time

 

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain the company's IT infrastructure

  • Oversee file and network management

  • Implement and maintain security protocols 

  • Manage software applications and ensure they are up to date

  • Troubleshoot technical issues and provide technical support to the team

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement IT strategies and solutions

  • Ensure the security and confidentiality of company data and information

  • Monitor and maintain the performance and availability of IT systems and applications

  • Implement and manage IT policies and procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices

  • Develop and maintain disaster recovery and business continuity plans

  • Stay up to date with emerging trends and technologies in the IT industry

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field

  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in IT management and support

  • Strong technical skills in file and network management, security, and software applications

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Ability to work effectively in a team and independently

  • Familiarity with industry standards and best practices for IT management and security

  • Certifications in IT management and security would be a plus
