Job Title: Project Specialist
Job Summary: We are seeking a Project Specialist with expertise in project financing, market analysis, and energy forecasting. The successful candidate will provide analytical support and strategic guidance to our team, ensuring that our projects are financially viable and aligned with our long-term business objectives. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of energy markets, project finance, and energy forecasting methodologies.

Responsibilities:

Conduct market analysis to identify trends and opportunities in the energy sector

Develop financial models to support project financing decisions

Prepare and review project documentation, including feasibility studies, business plans, and investment proposals

Evaluate and manage project risks, including market risks, technical risks, and financial risks

Conduct short-term and long-term energy forecasting to support project planning and decision-making

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop project strategies and implement project plans

Participate in negotiations with stakeholders, including investors, landowners, and government agencies

Stay up-to-date knowledge of industry developments, regulatory changes, and best practices.
Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Engineering, or a related field

Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in project finance, market analysis, and energy forecasting

Strong analytical and financial modeling skills

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Ability to work effectively in a team and independently

Familiarity with project management methodologies

Proficiency in MS Office and financial analytic tools
